Which format is used for the digital file?

All our posters are delivered as JPG file.

How can I print my poster?

The easiest solution is to print your poster at home, if you prefer a professional prints we recommend you take the digital file to a print shop.

Please note that you are not allowed to resell, redistribute or use the poster brought from us commercially without our agreement.

Are you able to send me a printed version of the poster?

No, currently we only offer digital downloads which you can print at home. If you prefer a professional print we suggest you take the digital file to your local print shop.

How long does it take for the poster to arrive?

It usually arrives within a few minutes. If you have not received your print within 24 hours please send us an email at info@kin-prints.com

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Maestro

Can I get a refund?

Sorry, due to the nature of the product where we mainly sale customized digital prints we cannot offer refund. However, if there are any issues with your print please send us an email at info@kin-prints.com detailing the problem. We will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If there are any typo errors in your print this can not be rectified because we do not change the details you have entered, please ensure details on your print is correct before purchasing your print.

If you would like a last minute gift, the digital download file is ready as soon as you place an order.

If you want to save on postage and time. Printing at your local print shop is the best option.
